Pre-Qualification and Lender Information
Becoming
"Pre-Qualified" or, better yet "Pre-Approved" for a loan before looking for your new home is
THE most important thing that you can do for yourself as you begin the home
buying process. Whether you're a first time buyer or savvy investor, buying a home is always a big decision. We both want
your dream fulfilled and your expectations to be on target.
Simply put, you do not want to be
searching for a property that is beyond your ability to buy. Talk with a lender of your choice early so that you know how
much home you can afford. Determine with your lender how much home you are 'able' to
buy and advise me how much home you 'want' to buy. Assuming that your 'want' is consistent with your
ability, away we go!
If you are a first-time-buyer, right now is the best time in decades to
achieve your home ownership dream. Interest rates are low, there are many homes
on the market and prices have softened
significantly. It is also a great time for move-up or down-size buyers. You may not get as much
as you'd like out of your current home, but you'll be saving proportionately
more on your new property.
Talk to one of the lenders listed
below. They are experts, highly
respected and responsible loan originators. They will help you through this
process. I have worked with the lenders listed below and can
readily recommend
them to you. They will serve you well and are very dedicated to
helping you achieve your real estate goals.
Key aspects of the loan process
include underwriting and appraisals. My preferred
lenders have these bases well covered and you won't
regret working with them.
I cannot over emphasize that
you should do this now!
If you're looking at this page, you're ready to talk
with one of these professionals.
